About the Topic:
Google’s Senior Travel Industry Analyst, Melissa Moody, will present a new framework for how to understand the travel consumer in today’s digital world. Her presentation will be packed with compelling data points, helpful resources for marketers, inspiring examples, and concrete takeaways. Her goal is to demonstrate how consumer behavior is changing online and how Alaska businesses and tourism can keep up with such dramatic shifts. Participants will walk away with a better understanding of Google consumer insight tools and how to leverage digital advertising channels more effectively.

About our Presenter:
Melissa Moody has worked at Google, with a focus on the Travel industry, for the past eight years. In her role as Senior Industry Analyst, she analyzes online consumer behavior, market trends, and the competitive landscape in order to deliver strategic marketing insights and recommendations to Google’s top travel advertising partners globally. She works regularly with both OTAs (Expedia, Orbitz, Priceline) and DMOs (Visit California, Visit Florida, and the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority).
