Free pancakes at IHOP March 7 to support The Children’s Hospital at Providence

Published:

IHOP

Anchorage, AK – Anchorage area IHOP restaurants will offer each guest a free short stack of their famous buttermilk pancakes on National Pancake Day, Tuesday, March 7. This family-friendly tradition aims to raise needed funds and awareness for The Children’s Hospital at Providence, a Children’s Miracle Network Hospital.

For every free short stack of buttermilk pancakes served on National Pancake Day between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., IHOP guests are invited to make a voluntary donation to The Children’s Hospital at Providence. Since 2006, IHOP National Pancake Day has raised about $20 million to provide life-saving treatment, programs and medical equipment for child patients — including the 18,000 children treated annually at The Children’s Hospital at Providence.

The following IHOP locations are participating in National Pancake Day:

·                     501 East Tudor Road, Anchorage;

·                     1106 North Muldoon Road, Anchorage;

·                     11100 Old Seward Highway, Anchorage; and

·                     1890 East Parks Highway, Wasilla.

Miss Alaska titleholders will be available to visit with guests from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the North Muldoon location.
