Dairy Queen ‘Miracle Treat Day’ benefits The Children’s Hospital at Providence
Each blizzard purchase results in donation to Children’s Miracle Network hospitals
Anchorage, AK – Anchorage area Dairy Queen restaurants will provide a $1 (or more) donation with every blizzard purchased to The Children’s Hospital at Providence, a Children’s Miracle Network Hospital, as part of “Miracle Treat Day” on Thursday, July 27.
All donations received on Miracle Treat Day will directly benefit Alaska’s sick and injured children who receive care at The Children’s Hospital at Providence.
As part of the 13th Annual DQ Miracle Treat Day, DQ Grill & Chill and Dairy Queen locations throughout the U.S. raise funds to help save and improve the lives of sick and injured children in Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, which includes 170 children’s hospitals across the U.S. and Canada.
Since 1984, the Dairy Queen system has raised more than $125 million for the charity through fundraising efforts including Miracle Treat Day, the Miracle Balloon campaign and other local initiatives.
