ANCHORAGE – The law firm of Landye Bennett Blumstein LLP is pleased to announce that Leslie R. Need has become a partner in the firm. Need works in the firm’s Anchorage office.
Need previously clerked for U.S. Magistrate Judge John D. Roberts and Alaska Superior Court Judge Vanessa White and worked at the Alaska Attorney General’s Office in the Child Protection Section. Need focuses her practice on Municipal, Alaska Native, Environmental, and Natural Resources Law. She represents business and individual clients in litigation, both plaintiff and defense. Need received her B.S. from Kansas State University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law. She is a member of the Alaska Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Anchorage Bar Association. Need serves on the planning committee for the Alaska Bar Association’s Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service and previously served as the New Lawyer Liaison to the Alaska Bar Association Board of Governors.
