ANCHORAGE – The law firm of Landye Bennett Blumstein LLP is pleased to announce that attorney Tina Sellers Wareham has joined the firm’s Anchorage office.

Sellers Wareham focuses her practice on environmental, telecommunications, natural resources, and corporate compliance.  In her most recent position as Compliance and Regulatory Counsel for Alaska’s GCI Communication Corp., Sellers Wareham developed corporate and environmental compliance programs and provided expert legal advice for tower, antenna structure and fiber deployments.  Informed by her pre-law career in human health risk assessment and contaminated site management, she advises clients on cleanups and the environmental aspects of real estate transactions.  She has written the title opinions for some of Alaska’s largest mining prospects and has negotiated conservation easements to preserve high-value habitat lands in the Anchorage and Mat-Su Boroughs.

Sellers Wareham received a Bachelor of Science (Health Policy and Administration) from The Pennsylvania State University, and a Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude.  She enjoys hiking, kayaking, and flying as she explores Alaska with her husband and dogs.
