Northrim Bank Welcomes New Lenders and Announces Promotions

Northrim Bank Chairman, President and CEO Joe Schierhorn announced the hiring of Todd K. Greimann, SVP- Regional Market Manager for Southeast Alaska, Mike Dye, VP- Lending Branch Manager in Soldotna, and Gary Finch, VP- Commercial Loan Officer V in Wasilla. The Bank has also promoted Jason Criqui, SVP- Commercial Loan Manager, Adam Baxter, VPCommercial Loan Officer V and Kelly McCormack, VP- Commercial Loan Officer V.

“We continue to attract new talented bankers to our team as we grow our Alaska franchise,” said Schierhorn. “Combined with our commitment to employee development, we remain focused on providing the highest level of personalized customer first service.”

Greimann joins Northrim Bank with 33 years of experience in banking and the financial industry. He is a 3rd generation Alaskan and holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. He began his banking career in the management training program at FNBA, eventually becoming a VP and manager of their Homer location. Most recently, he was an EVP and Head of Wealth Management at Guaranty Bank and Trust. Greimann has been a board member for the Alaska Chamber of Commerce and was involved with the Kachemak Bay Rotary Club, United Ways of Tanana Valley and Kenai Peninsula, and Junior Achievement of Alaska.

Dye joins Northrim Bank with 15 years of experience in the financial industry in Alaska. He was most recently the CEO and CFO at Land’s End Acquisition Corporation in Homer. Dye holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Administration from Missouri State University. He is a Past President of the Homer Chamber of Commerce and Kachemak Bay Rotary Club and is a member of the Kenai Borough Economic Development District Board.

Finch comes to Northrim Bank with 30 years of experience in the financial industry in North Carolina. He has been in Alaska for the past seven years as the CFO at Mat-Su Plastic Surgery in Palmer. Finch holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. He enjoys cycling, skiing and exploring Alaska.

Jason Criqui

Criqui has been with Northrim Bank since 2014 and has nearly 20 years of experience in banking throughout Alaska and the lower 48. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Emporia State University in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Biology and Business. Criqui is an active member of the Resource Development Council for Alaska and the Alaska Support Industry Alliance.

Baxter has been with Northrim Bank since 2014 when he started as a Credit Analyst. Baxter has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry/Biochemistry from UAF and a Master’s of Business Administration from UAF. He is a member of the handicap and course rating committee for the Alaska Golf Association Board and volunteers with the AGC Golf Tournament Committee.

Kelly McCormack

McCormack has been with Northrim for over 10 years. A lifelong Alaskan, he holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington. McCormack is active in Rotary and volunteers to teach financial literacy at various non-profits in Anchorage.
