Northrim Bank Announces Promotions & New Vice Presidents
Northrim Bank President and CEO Joe Schierhorn is proud to announce the promotion of four employees from Electronic Banking and Information Technology. The Bank has also hired a new VP, Marketing and Communications Director, Kari Skinner and VP, Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer, John Damjanovich.
The promotions include:
- James Beasley, VP, Electronic Banking Manager
- Jennifer Ludden, AVP, Business Electronic Banking Manager
- Yana Milette, AVP, Consumer Electronic Banking Manager
- Nate Olmstead, VP, Data Analytics Manager
Beasley has been with Northrim for almost one year and brings nearly 11 years of electronic banking experience. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Texas Christian University and an MBA from Texas A&M University- Commerce. Beasley mentors two young men in Texas and works with international outreach groups that focus on feeding and raising children as well as providing disaster relief domestically and aboard.
Ludden has been with Northrim Bank for two years and has 13 years in the financial industry. Prior to moving to Alaska, she worked at Bank of America in a variety of positions starting as a teller and working her way to management. Ludden holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Arizona. She supports Breast Cancer Awareness, Muscular Dystrophy, United Way and March of Dimes. She has volunteered for NeighborWorks Alaska’s annual Paint the Town event and Northrim’s School Business Partnership School, Fairview Elementary.
Milette started at Northrim in December 2015 and brings 10 years of finance experience including 8 years at local credit unions. She holds an MBA with an emphasis in Management from the University of Alaska Anchorage. Milette is a member of the United Way of Anchorage’s Emerging Leaders group and volunteers with Northrim’s Teach Children to Save program in the spring.
Olmstead has been with Northrim since November 2015 and has 12 years of experience within IT and data analysis. He has held multiple certifications for Information Technology and currently holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Olmstead volunteers for Northrim Bank’s School Business Partnership Fairview Elementary.
Skinner joins Northrim with over 15 years of sales and marketing experience, most recently with Simon Property Group as a Director of Marketing and Business Development. She holds an MBA from the University of Utah. Skinner was born and raised in Alaska and is an active volunteer with the Nordic Skiing Association of Anchorage.
Damjanovich comes to Northrim Bank with over 27 years of experience in the financial sector. He was most recently the CFO for an electronics manufacturer in Minnesota. Damjanovich holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and Finance from Bemidji State University. He was a member of the Itasca Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors and the Minnesota Community Capital Fund.
