Measuring Anchorage Consumer Confidence
While US consumer confidence increased across the board in Q1 2018, the Anchorage Consumer Optimism Index dropped from the previous quarter, both in aggregate as well as in the individual components. At 52.5, the index is still above 50, an important level signifying the boundary between optimism and pessimism.
