Edward Jones Named One of the 100 Best Workplaces for Millennials by Great Place to Work and Fortune Magazine
Financial-services firm Edward Jones was recognized as one of the 100 Best Workplaces for Millennials in the country by Great Place to Work and Fortune magazine, according to Al Biss, an Edward Jones Financial Advisor in Anchorage Alaska.
Edward Jones ranked the No. 3 best workplace for millennials, a generation defined from 1981 through 2001.

The ranking considered input from more than 434,000 employees from Great Place to Work-Certified companies. Great Place to Work, a research and consulting firm, evaluated more than 50 elements of team members' experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization's community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning.
