Two Engineers Obtain PE Certification at Coffman Engineers
Jennifer Parkhurst and Andrew Yanoshek obtained their Professional Engineering licenses in Alaska
ANCHORAGE (February 2, 2016) –Coffman Engineers is pleased to announce Jennifer Parkhurst and Andrew Yanoshek have obtained their Professional Engineering (P.E.) licenses in Alaska.
Jennifer Parkhurst, P.E. is a mechanical engineer in the Anchorage office. Jennifer has eight years of design work experience in commercial facilities such as office buildings, medical clinics, dormitories, and equipment maintenance buildings. These projects included a variety of HVAC, plumbing, and hydronic heating system design. She also has experience in conducting condition surveys of existing buildings, energy modeling of existing and new buildings, sustainable building design, and industrial ventilation design. Jennifer is the current president for the Alaskan Chapter of American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). She is a graduate of Montana State University in Bozeman, MT.
Andrew Yanoshek, P.E. is an electrical engineer in the Anchorage office. Andrew has five years of experience in electrical/instrumentation design for a wide variety of projects ranging from industrial, government, and commercial facilities. Andrew's unique design experience includes primary power distribution, instrumentation and controls, arc flash and short circuit analysis, as well as area classification analysis of facilities. He has performed these duties for hangars, pipelines, schools, and commercial buildings. Andrew holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Idaho.
