Leyla Arsan Joins DOWL

(Anchorage—May 2016) DOWL is pleased to announce the addition of Elizabeth (Leyla) Arsan to its environmental staff. Leyla joined DOWL as a Senior Biologist based in the Anchorage, Alaska office.
Leyla is a senior biologist whose technical focus includes fisheries, aquatic biology, and permitting. She has over 12 years of experience in aquatic science, including aquatic resource assessments and habitat mapping, biological monitoring (fish, algae, and aquatic invertebrates), fish passage assessment, Endangered Species Act (ESA) Section 7 consultations, and Magnuson-Stevens Act essential fish habitat assessments (EFHAs).
DOWL has 25 offices throughout Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Oregon, Montana, North Dakota, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming. DOWL is a multi-disciplined consulting firm owned by senior managers from within the company.
