Architect Ross Timm Joins Stantec’s Anchorage Office

Ross Timm, AIA,NCARB, LEED AP, Stantec's latest hire.

Ross Timm, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, has joined Stantec in its Anchorage office, bolstering the firm’s buildings practice. He has more than a dozen years of in-state industry experience serving both public and private clients.
“Ross brings great experience and a special focus on building envelope and roof technology to our Alaska buildings team,” said Giovanna Gambardella, Stantec’s architectural services manager in Anchorage. “Whether its schools, museums or government facilities, Ross has done some outstanding work for a variety of clients. We are excited about what he brings to our expanding team.”
Timm will provide senior design leadership for a variety of building projects. Since joining Stantec, Timm has focused on health care facility renovations, commercial multi-family residential and Alaska Court System building envelope upgrades. He has project experience across Alaska from Anchorage to the Aleutians and the North Slope. His experience includes projects of a variety of scopes and sizes, including schools, fire stations, multiple projects for the Federal Aviation Administration, and medical office buildings. In addition to his Alaska experience, Timm has worked on projects in Washington, Oregon, and Arizona.
Timm is a member of the American Institute of Architects and a LEED Accredited Professional. He earned a master’s degree from Arizona State University and a bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University.
