Their commitment to expansion of steel services and high-quality solutions for their clients with improved technology is a sign of bigger things to come. My job is to connect the people with the product. There’s no need to go anywhere else to meet the steel-sourcing needs of Alaska. This is it.”
STEELFAB is the largest locally owned steel fabricator and service center in the state of Alaska and, after seven decades, is still owned and operated by Alaskans. The company supports various industries and contracting communities by assisting with design, material supply and material fabrication that is tough enough to withstand super sub-zero conditions. STEELFAB has been operating at the same location adjacent to Ship Creek since 1952 and maintains more than 100,000 tons of steel products year-round.
