Arctic Slope Regional Corporation Announces Another New Acquisition
Restoration Services, Inc. is now part of the ASRC family of companies
Arctic Slope Regional Corporation (“ASRC”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Restoration Services, Inc. (“RSI” or “the Company”) by our wholly-owned subsidiary ASRC Industrial Services, LLC (“AIS”). Headquartered in Oak Ridge, Tennessee RSI was founded 20 years ago and provides a variety of environmental services, including: regulatory strategy, comprehensive characterization, long-term stewardship, project controls and beneficial site reuse. The Company serves both federal and commercial customers throughout the continental United States.

Arctic Slope Regional Corporation is owned by and represents the business interests of the Arctic Slope Iñupiat.
