Schutter named Seward Branch Operations Supervisor

After starting as a teller more than 14 years ago, Melissa Schutter was recently promoted to Operations Supervisor of First National Bank Alaska’s Seward Branch.
“As part of the branch’s management team, I look forward to working with all our customers to make sure they receive top-notch service,” Schutter said.
Schutter will oversee overall operations of the branch and supervise branch employees. She’ll be responsible for the proper training of employees and making sure they are familiar with the bank’s products and services and up to date with regulatory and compliance training.
“I’m eager play a role in the development of our staff and working with our customers,” Schutter said.
The Seward Branch celebrated its 60th anniversary earlier this year and First National is commemorating its 90th anniversary in 2012
