NANA Regional Corp. Inc. announces shareholder dividend
Kotzebue, Alaska – Sept. 21, 2012 – NANA Regional Corporation, Inc. (NANA), is pleased to announce that the board of directors declared a dividend of $7.72 per share payable on or about Nov. 9, 2012, to shareholders of record as of Nov. 2, 2012.The board’s goal is to pay last year’s dividend amount plus five percent and their strategy to do so is to pay the dividend in two parts.
In addition to dividends, NANA contributes millions of dollars each year to scholarships, medical, burial and disaster assistance, village economic development, language preservation and other important social, cultural, infrastructure and energy programs for shareholders.
