5-1-1 Traveler Information System Down
JUNEAU, Alaska -- The entire 511 system is down due to a problem with a switch in the LogicTree data center. The system includes a public website, 511 RIDE and the phone system. LogicTree is the contractor that operates the system for the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities. Technicians hope to have it operational by 12:30 pm.
The Department will monitor the site and alert the media once it is fully functioning.
