Three Coins Cab Sauv Wins and a Bottling UpdateFirst, the bottling update.
We've just bottled our Petite Sirah and Viognier in very limited quantities. We bottled 48 cases of the Petite Sirah and just about 96 cases for the Viognier.
Here's a quick quote from our winemaker, Larry Levin. "On a scale of 1 - 10, both the Petite Sirah and the Viognier are 9+. The Petite Sirah is fruity and rich but not powerful. The Viognier is as good or better than last year's (which has 4 gold medals!)."
Formal winemaker's notes will follow in a couple of months, after bottle shock.

Tasting Notes on the 2007 Three Coins Cabernet Sauvignon.
"Deep dark color with very complex aromas of blackberries, black currents and currants and a subtle mix of dried herbs and olive. The wines is super rich with plenty of depth. In the mouth it has rich but ripe supple tannins, chocolaty oak, finishing very rich and flavorful. "
