The NFL RedZone Now Available for GCI CustomersAre you ready for some football? GCI is!
GCI subscribers now have access to the NFL RedZone channel delivered exclusively by the NFL on the NFL Network. The NFL RedZone channel allows subscribers to see the best moments and key plays of each football game.
For seven hours each Sunday, the channel will provide live coverage of each game once the teams are within 20 yards of the goal line, also known as the red zone. If more than one team is in the red zone at the same time, viewers either get a split screen or the channel moves from game to game between snaps.
“With the NFL RedZone, football fans will be in pigskin heaven,” said company Vice President and General Manager Consumer Services Paul Landes. “GCI subscribers will be able to witness all of the red zone action as it happens. This channel is for arm chair quarterbacks and casual observers alike, who enjoy non-stop action.”
NFL RedZone is now available to subscribers in high and standard definition in Anchorage, Fairbanks, Juneau and Ketchikan. The channel is also available in standard definition in Fort Greely, Kenai, Petersburg, Seward, Sitka, Soldotna, Valdez and Wrangell.
