Northrim Hires AVP, Human Resources OfficerNorthrim Bank Chairman and CEO Marc Langland announced that Heidi Roesler has re-joined the bank’s Human Resource staff.
Roesler is assistant vice president, human resource officer and is responsible for employee relations by assisting employees and managers with policy interpretation, employee communication, and performance issues including performance appraisal. Ensure company compliance with federal and state laws, including reporting requirements, evaluate positions, and determine classification: exempt or non-exempt status. Advise managers and employees on state and federal employment regulations, benefit and compensation policies, personnel procedures and classification programs. Responsible for the administration of FMLA, ADA, and Workers’ Compensation functions. This position also provides management oversight for the training department. She comes to Northrim with more than 9 ½ years banking experience primarily at Northrim Bank. Roesler holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse, a MPA and MBA from the University of Alaska Anchorage. She is also a member of the Anchorage Society for Human Resources.
