Anchorage Chamber Of Commerce 2009 Gold Pan Awards Recipients Announced
Recipients honored for community service and business excellence in Anchorage
Anchorage- At the Alaska Center for the Performing Arts Thursday night, nearly 300 people networked and acknowledged 12 of Anchorage's business best during the 52nd Annual Anchorage Chamber Gold Pan Awards. The evening ended with four recipients taking home awards in two categories: community service and entrepreneurial/ business excellence. Gold Pan Award finalists and recipients were honored at a celebration reception afterward.
"Each of the finalists should be proud of their accomplishments, as they have truly made a mark as a force in Anchorage's business community," said Anchorage Chamber board of directors chair Tony Izzo. "The recipients were chosen for their above-and-beyond level of commitment in how they conduct business, as well as for their commitment to community."
