Tecore Networks to Showcase its 3G & 4G Rural Solutions to Alaskan Operators

HANOVER, Md.--()--Tecore Networks, a global supplier of 3G and 4G mobile network infrastructure announced today that they will be showcasing its Network in a Box (NIB) and Mobility Virtualized Platform (MVP) at the Alaska Telephone Association.

Tecore Networks offers cost-effective solutions and world-class support with the products and services they offer to rural and remote areas. Tecore will showcase its network infrastructure at ATA’s Associate Member Showcase, as it continues to provide wireless network communication systems and connect Alaska to statewide and national operators.

The NIB is built on Tecore’s award winning network-in-a-box technology enabling ubiquitous service at the edge while optimizing bandwidth utilization. As well, the NIB maximizes network availability in harsh remote deployments by leveraging key Tecore technology providing continued local operation when connectivity is lost with the rest of the network.

The MVP serves as the baseline for the award winning iCore Software Defined Core (SDC) Network. iCore delivers a software scalable Core Network solution for operators in 3G and 4G technologies with defined software upgradeability to migrate across generations. The MVP architecture leverages commercial off-the-shelf hardware, combined with industry standard virtualization technology to accommodate the full suite of core network applications in a cloud-based architecture. The MVP delivers high performance in a flexible architecture that can adjust seamlessly with the network topology while delivering key cloud based services to the edge.

To learn more about how the Network in Box and Mobility Virtualized Platform can help fit your network needs visit Tecore at the Alaska Telephone Association (ATA) on October 24-25 in Anchorage, AL.
