Konstantin Lapine Promoted to Sr. GIS Programmer/Analyst for GeoNorth

Mr. Lapine started with GeoNorth over 10 years ago, after completing his Masters Degree from Udmurt State University in Izhevsk, Russia. During his tenure at GeoNorth, Mr. Lapine has risen through a series of progressively more advanced roles, culminating in his new position as Sr. GIS Programmer/Analyst. He has been an indispensible member of the GeoNorth team and instrumental in establishing firm relationships with long-term clients in varying federal, state, and local government agencies, as well as clients from the private sector.
