FDA Provision for Reinspection Fees Postponed

FDA's Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) contains a provision for reinspection user fees for imported products. This requirement has been postponed and did not go into effect on October 1, 2011. FDA will further evaluate import reinspection fees and notify the public prior to assessing these fees.
