Wells Fargo Beefs up Alaska Mortgage Processing Staff to Handle Additional Volume, Improve Customer Experience


ANCHORAGE - Oct. 15, 2010 - Wells Fargo Home Mortgage has hired eight mortgage processors in Anchorage and two in Juneau.  The additional staff will help expedite mortgage loan closings by working with mortgage originators and customers to ensure that the proper documentation is in place. “Our new local mortgage processing team will help us manage the increase in demand for mortgage loans during this time of historically low interest rates,” said Rodney Jackson, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Alaska area manager.  “Our primary focus is to deliver the best possible experience for our customers when they purchase and refinance their homes.  Our new mortgage processing team is dedicated to delivering on the promise of exceptional service with every interaction.” Mortgage processors Beth Brouillet, Sonja Dupuis, Tammy Krison and Mark Stoneburner are at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage’s midtown Anchorage office in the Calais building, 3201 C St. Brouillet has been working in the mortgage industry in Alaska for 12 years.  She is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Alaska Anchorage.  Dupuis has eight years of experience as a loan processor and customer service representative for Wells Fargo.  Krison is a Palmer native with nine years of mortgage banking experience.  Stoneburner has been with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage for seven years.  He earned a bachelor’s degree in history from Willamette University in Oregon. Mortgage processors Juliann Burreson, Issa Otten, Lorrie Pinkley and Pamela Ricketts are at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage’s Anchorage headquarters at the corner of Minnesota Drive and Benson Blvd.  Burreson has 22 years of mortgage industry experience as a loan processor and originator.  Otten has nine years of financial services experience, and she volunteers more than 100 hours in the community each year.  Pinkley has 10 years of mortgage loan processing experience.  Ricketts, an Anchorage native, is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer programming from DeVry University. Lisa Dallas and Jodi Meyer will process home mortgage loan closings for Southeast Alaska from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage’s Juneau office, 9085 Glacier Highway.  Dallas has more than 15 years of financial services experience, and Meyer has seven years of financial services experience as a loan officer, home mortgage consultant and customer service manager.
