New CEO for Alaska's Great Clips
Alaska’s Great Clips franchise is excited to announce an addition to their corporate leadership faculty. Brent Brickman has joined the organization as the CEO of the seven store operation in Anchorage, Palmer, Eagle River and Wasilla. He comes to the business with 21 years of Great Clips experience.
Mr. Brickman started as a stylist in Minneapolis and quickly held leadership positions with Great Clips, Inc. including Regional Director Positions and most recently the Director of Education for the U.S. and Canada. In his career Mr. Brickman has focused on building businesses through executing excellent customer service and training staff on operations and improving technical ability. Under his direction salons and markets have seen double digit increases in growth, staff retention and improved profitability.
He is excited to build business relationships in Alaska, while increasing brand awareness in the community. Staffing is especially important to the growth of the business and employing and retaining the best stylists in the state are strong areas of focus for the company.
