Anchorage, Alaska – Oct. 15, 2010 – It's easy to fall victim to scams. 191 identity theft and 1,713 fraud-related complaints were filed by Anchorage area residents in 2009, according to the Federal Trade Commission's 2009 Consumer Sentinel Network Data Book.
