Northrim Bank Hires Two and Promotes One New Assistant Vice President

Northrim Bank President and CEO Joe Beedle announced Tammy Gray and Brad Kiefer have been hired and Ligia Lutan has been promoted to Assistant Vice President.

Tammy has been hired as Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager at Northrim Bank’s West Anchorage Branch.  Her career in banking has spanned 25 years and she specialized in business and real estate lending and was most recently at Key Bank in Eagle River. Tammy has been a board member for the Sisters Oregon Chamber of Commerce, Montana Food Bank Network ad Better Business Bureau of AK, OR and Western WA, as well as the Chugiak-Eagle River Women in Business.  

Brad has been hired as a Vice President, Commercial Lender. Brad joins Northrim Bank with 10 years in banking as a commercial loan officer and 14 years as a licensed insurance agent. He recently moved to Anchorage from Southeast Alaska where he was a volunteer captain for the Capital City Fire Rescue. Brad has an Associate’s Degree in Insurance Service and Commercial Lending Diploma from the American Bankers Association.

Ligia has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Construction Loan Administrative Officer. She has been with Northrim Bank for over 9 years. Ligia spent one year with Credit Administration and has been with Construction Lending for the past 8 years. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Bucharest. Ligia completed the American Bankers Association National Commercial Lending program and received Northrim Bank’s Customer Service First Award in 2012.
