It Happens Tonight: Chinese Calligraphy Master Show (Monday, November 11)

Here is an exclusive opportunity to learn about the ancient art of Chinese Calligraphy from a real master!
We have made special arrangements for renowned artist Harrison Xinshin Tu, visiting Anchorage to explain and demonstrate calligraphy at World Trade Center Alaska. This unique event takes place on Monday, 11 November from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.
About the Calligraphy of Mr. Harrison Xinshi Tu:
As a devoted artist, Harrison Tu has created numerous works of calligraphy, many of which have been selected for exhibitions in the United States, Japan, Korea and Singapore. Mr. Tu's works have consistently received strong reviews and recognition. Two of his calligraphy artworks are a part of the permanent collection of the Denver Art Museum for over 12 years.

Mr. Tu has become a devoted proponent of exchange and mutual understanding between the East and the West. Since 1994, he has served as Editor-in-Chief of the Chinese American Post, a Chinese-language newspaper available to the entire Rocky Mountain region. Currently, he is a visiting professor at the Naropa University, teaching Chinese Calligraphy & Painting since 1997.
In 2011, Mr.Tu' s calligraphy was sold at auction in Denver for $2500!
