What makes us truly happy? The 2011 movie “Happy” takes viewers on a journey from the swamps of Louisiana to the island of Okinawa in search of the answer. Combining real-life stories and scientific interviews, the film explores the secrets behind our most valued emotion. It includes a segment on cohousing.
Come watch this movie with us! Before and afterward, you can meet our members, enjoy refreshments and conversation, and see our displays. Learn more about Ravens’ Roost Cohousing, and the discount available until Dec. 15. Snacks provided at 6:30 p.m., movie at 7:00 (runs 1 hour and 15 minutes). No charge.

Commit to Phase 1 before Dec. 15
In terms of permits and planning, we will be prepared to break ground this spring. All we need is YOU!
Phase 1 of our construction will include the town homes on the east side, what we call the "town home loop." Two, three, and four-bedroom homes will overlook a park-like green space that may have kids' play areas, cozy gathering nooks, small gardens, etc. The single-level 2-bedroom units are becoming scarce. The sooner you become a full member, the sooner you can choose which home you want.
Atrium at Windsong Cohousing, east of Vancouver, British Columbia. The front doors of homes open onto this covered pedestrian walkway that attaches to the Common House. Our atrium will be similar, except with clerestory windows above.
