Alaska Airlines Offers Cyber Monday Fare Sale for Post-Holiday Getaways

One-way fares start at just $49* Seattle-Oakland, $54* Portland-San Francisco

SEATTLE — Alaska Airlines launches its Cyber Monday sale today for post-holiday travel with one-way fares starting at $49* between Seattle and Oakland, Calif., $54* between Portland, Ore., and San Francisco, and $129* between San Diego and Boston, to name a few.

"While you're doing your holiday shopping online, why not take advantage of one of Alaska Airlines' biggest sales of the year to book an affordable, post-holiday getaway?" said Joe Sprague, vice president of marketing. "Whether you're looking for sand and sun or exploring a new city, these fares include popular destinations throughout California, the East Coast, Hawaii and Mexico."

Tickets must be purchased by Dec. 9 for travel between Jan. 7 and March 5, 2014, with some exceptions*. Tickets are available for booking today at www.alaskaair.com. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights or all days. Tickets must be purchased by Dec. 9 for travel between Jan. 7 and March 5, 2014, with the following exceptions: travel to and from Puerto Vallarta must be completed by Feb. 4, 2014, travel from all other Mexico destinations must be completed by Feb. 19, 2014, and travel to and from Phoenix, Palm Springs, Santa Barbara and Tucson must be completed by Feb. 13, 2014.

A ticket purchased at an Alaska Airlines airport location or through a reservation call center will cost $15 more per person than the advertised fare. Tickets are nonrefundable but can be changed for a $125 change fee and any applicable changes in fare. A $25 baggage fee will apply for each of the first two checked bags. Additional bags and overweight or oversize items cost $75 each.
