Anchorage, Alaska -Alaska Quake 2nd season opener will support Breast Cancer Awareness,
come out and support your local semi pro basketball team play for a good cause on10 November
2012 7pm at Begich Middle School gym. A portion of the proceeds will be donated towards
Breast Cancer Research and vital information regarding the fight against Breast Cancer will be
given out.
Alaska Quake is geared towards making games exciting, fun, and affordable for the whole
family. Alaska Quake ended their first season with a 7-6 record and this upcoming season was
"Honorable Mention" in the ABA Pre-Season Power Rankings!
Not only does Alaska Quake provide family friendly entertainment at an affordable price, they
do so with talented team basketball. Tickets are $10 for 6 and up and children 5 and under are
free. Come out and help pack the house and support your Alaska Quake by wear something
PINK!
The Alaska Quake Basketball Team is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization formed in 2011 to
use basketball to help build confidence and moral character based on sports principles.
