MCH Releases Data Book 2011: Alaska Native Edition
The Alaska Division of Public Health, Section of Women’s, Children’s, and Family Health is pleased to announce the publication of the Maternal and Child Health Data Book 2011: Alaska Native Edition. The new Data Book is the fifth in our series of comprehensive reference books on the status of women’s, infants’ and children’s health in Alaska. This issue was produced in collaboration with the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium’s Alaska Native Epidemiology Center, and reports all analyses by Alaska Native status. All data in this issue come from two surveys of mothers in Alaska, the Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System (PRAMS), and its 3-year follow-up survey, the Childhood Understanding Behaviors Survey (CUBS).
Copies of the Data Book are available through the Maternal and Child Health Epidemiology Unit. You can pick them up in our offices at 3601 C Street, Suite 358, or request a mail out. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (907) 269-8073.
All five Alaska MCH Data Books are also available on line at : http://www.epi.hss.state.ak.us/mchepi/mchdatabook/default.htm.
