Living Well Alaska 6-week Workshops scheduled for 2011 and 2012
Living Well Alaska: Better Choices, Better Health is a series of workshops that help people with chronic illnesses learn ways to self manage their condition and take charge of their life.
Living Well Alaska: Better Choices, Better Health workshops are held throughout Alaska for people with all kinds of chronic conditions, such as arthritis, diabetes and heart disease.

Ongoing 6-week workshops will be held at Southcentral Foundation.
