Invitation: Conference on Future of Power Generation
With EPA regulations, low gas prices, and uncertainties about CO2 regulation, charting the future of the U.S. generation fleet is increasingly difficult. Developments in market design, as well as the challenges involved in building new transmission and generation, further contribute to these challenges.
Van Ness Feldman is co-sponsoring a conference on these issues on Dec. 5-6 in Arlington, VA. Van Ness Feldman's Kyle Danish will moderate a panel on EPA regulations and other factors affecting coal retirements.
The conference will provide a discussion forum with participants from major companies, including AEP, Duke Energy, Exelon, Encana, ICF International, Siemens and Southern Company.
