ASRC Federal Names Paul Dillahay Chief Operating Officer
GREENBELT, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ASRC Federal Holding Company has named Paul Dillahay chief operating officer. Dillahay has principal responsibility for the day-to-day operations of ASRC Federal subsidiaries and the company's Shared Services Center, which equips ASRC Federal subsidiaries with mature business practices and supports cost-competitive solutions for government customers and industry partners.

Prior to joining ASRC Federal, Dillahay was president and COO of USIS, where he managed the company's financial, operational and sales performance. He previously spent seven years in finance and operations at Lockheed Martin, where he implemented growth and leadership initiatives and led a broad business line providing support to the defense and intelligence community. He also worked at General Electric Co. in senior positions managing financial planning and analysis.
Dillahay has a bachelor's degree in management science from Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania.
