Monthly natural gas gross withdrawals estimated from data collected on Form EIA-914 (Monthly Natural Gas Production Report) for Federal Offshore Gulf of Mexico, Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Wyoming, Other States and Lower 48 States. Alaska data are from the State of Alaska and included to obtain a U.S. Total.

October 2010 Natural Gas Monthly With Data for August 2010 (10/29/2010)
Natural and supplemental gas production, supply, consumption data, consumption, disposition, storage, imports, exports, and prices in the United States.

Peaks, Plans and (Persnickety) Prices (10/28/2010)
This presentation provides information about EIA's estimates of working gas peak storage capacity, and the development of the natural gas storage industry. Natural gas shale and the need for high deliverability storage are identified as key drivers in natural gas storage capacity development. The presentation also provides estimates of planned storage facilities through 2012.

Monthly Energy Review (10/28/2010)
Preliminary data show that U.S. primary energy consumption rose by 3%, due primarily to increases in the consumption of coal and natural gas, for the first 7 months of 2010 compared with the first 7 months of 2009.
