Anglo American Pledges $3M in Support of Healthcare in Developing CountriesAnglo American today has pledged $3 million of funding at the G20 Business Summit in Seoul to increase healthcare access to those in developing economies.
CEO Cynthia Carroll called on fellow G20 participants to join Anglo in committing $1 million per year for the next three years in order to meet significant healthcare challenges. It is hoped that the call to action will result in approximately $300 million of funding to alleviate the gap in healthcare access in the developing world.
