ANCHORAGE, Alaska--(BUSINESS WIRE)--At the Board of Directors Meeting held October 29, 2009, First National Bank Alaska (OTCBB:FBAK) declared a cash dividend of $25.00 per share, payable on December 15, 2009, to shareholders of record as of December 1, 2009.
