Anita Bates of Bates & Associates REALTOR® of the Year

Criteria is based on faithfulness to laws and regulations of local boards and the Code of Ethics, including the furtherance of principles of good real estate practice among other brokers and the general public.  Other requirements are civic activity on both the local and national levels.

Anita Bates has been licensed in Alaska since 1976, becoming a broker in 1978.  She has attained the designation of Certified Residential Specialist and she is a graduate of the REALTOR® Institute.  Certified by the State of Alaska, Anita is qualified to teach real estate continuing education classes.  

Anita is the broker of Anita Bates & Associates and currently the president of Alaska Multiple Listing Services.  She is a past president of the Anchorage Board of REALTORS®.  With today’s award as REALTOR® of the Year, this is the second time Anita has been so honored.

Chelsea Lance of Homes and Land Magazine

REALTOR® Affiliate of the Year.

Chelsea Lance of hails from WashingtonState but has deep roots in Alaska and an extensive background in sales.  As a REALTOR® Affiliate, Chelsea has provided extensive volunteer service to the Anchorage Board of REALTORS®.
