The Coast Guard is reminding Alaska boaters that Alaska House Bill 132, otherwise known as the Let’s Ride Alaska Act, that brings ridesharing services such as Uber and Lyft to Alaska roadways, does not pertain to navigable waters of Alaska.

NYPD awards Vigor contract for fifth Response Boat - Medium Commercial.

Vigor has begun construction of a fifth 45’ Response Boat - Medium C (RB-M C) for its long-time customer, the New York Police Department Harbor Unit. The vessel will be fabricated at Vigor Ballard (formerly Kvichak Marine) in the Seattle metro area with delivery expected in November.
