Billy Green, Vice President of Production at Copper River Seafoods, will be presenting Bridge Seafood Owners, Chef Patrick Hoogerhyde and Al Levinson, the fist of the season salmon at the exclusively Alaskan seafood restaurant. This will be the grand opening week to the new upscale wild Alaska seafood buffet restaurant scenically situated on Ship Creek. Copper River Seafoods is proud to share its bounty with world-class seafood chef's and especially those that have devoted their professional careers perfecting the art of preparing Alaska's world renown wild Copper River Salmon.
The salmon will be harvested on the fishing grounds at the mouth of the Copper River and delivered within hours. Copper River Seafoods, Inc. staff will process and transport the fish to Anchorage via ACE Air Cargo for final processing and delivery to the restaurant. “We take great pride in delivering, a world renown, uniquely Alaskan product, says Scott Blake, Copper River Seafoods, Inc.
