World Renown 'First Of Season' Wild, Copper River Sockeye and King Salmon, Gets Delivered Direct To Exclusive Alaska Seafood Restaurant Within Hours Of Harvest

 

Copper River Seafoods, Inc. will be delivering the first of the season 2012 Copper River King and Sockeye salmon in Anchorage at Bridge Seafood at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 18th.   Directions to Bridge are here.  

Join us for the presentation – a first of a kind in Alaska and hours before our salmon hit restaurants worldwide! 

Billy Green, Vice President of Production at Copper River Seafoods, will be presenting Bridge Seafood Owners, Chef Patrick Hoogerhyde and Al Levinson, the fist of the season salmon at the exclusively Alaskan seafood restaurant.  This will be the grand opening week to the new upscale wild Alaska seafood buffet restaurant scenically situated on Ship Creek.  Copper River Seafoods is proud to share its bounty with world-class seafood chef's and especially those that have devoted their professional careers perfecting the art of preparing Alaska's world renown wild Copper River Salmon. 

The salmon will be harvested on the fishing grounds at the mouth of the Copper River and delivered within hours.    Copper River Seafoods, Inc. staff will process and transport the fish to Anchorage via ACE Air Cargo for final processing and delivery to the restaurant.   “We take great pride in delivering, a world renown, uniquely Alaskan product, says Scott Blake, Copper River Seafoods, Inc. Copper River Seafoods, Inc. is a primary and secondary wild Alaska, premium seafood manufacturer, established in 1996 by 4 Cordova area fishermen. Currently, the company employs 435 (135 year-round and 300 seasonal) to process and market all species of wild Alaska seafood to national retail and food service accounts. It is headquartered in Anchorage supporting primary processing in Cordova, Togiak, Unalaska, Kenai and a finished food processing facility in Anchorage.   Copper River Seafoods will be featuring a seasonal retail store, located at Bridge Seafoods, where visitors can purchase signature gift items.
