Don’t miss the 2010 Southeast Alaska Becoming an Outdoors-Woman (BOW) workshop, May 21-23 at Echo Ranch


The BOW workshop is designed for women, but open to anyone 18 and older.

Participants choose from 22 class offerings featuring fun, safe, hands-on learning sessions to develop outdoor skills.  Classes include skiff handling, fly fishing, firearm safety, wild edibles, kayaking, shotgun, map and compass, GPS, salmon fishing, chainsaw, salmon smokingpicklinggravelox, field dressing, Dutch oven cooking, survival, fly tying and more.

The $250 tuition fee and includes class sessions, equipment, meals, lodging, evening programs, and transportation to camp.
