New Owners Reopen Whittier Hotel

The Inn at Whittier, a 25-room hotel, reopened this spring with new owner United Companies Inc., a subsidiary of Sea Lion Corp., the Hooper Bay village coporation. The hotel features a restaurant with fresh seafood from Prince William Sound and a lounge with views of the Whittier Harbor. The Inn at Whittier will be open year-round. The hotel's dominant feature is its lighthouse tower design.
