AEDC March E-News: July Speaker Announced

Anchorage Cost of Living Report Released

Today we released our first Cost of Living Report for Anchorage. Overall stats from the report reveal that Anchorage is the 23rd most expensive area in the United States. Our cost of living has remained relatively flat for the past five years, but remains 26 percent higher than the national average. There are six components of the index and four have decreased over the past year - a good sign for Anchorage.
