UIC Announces New Staff Attorney

Rachel Lauesen has been named Staff Attorney at Ukpeagvik Iñupiat Corporation (UIC).  Ms. Lauesen will serve as the corporation’s Staff Attorney on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters.  Ms. Lauesen earned her Law degree at the University of Wisconsin Law School and has been admitted to the Alaska Bar Association, the Federal District Court for the District of Alaska, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals

UIC is the Alaska Native Village Corporation of Barrow, Alaska and provides social and economic resources to over 2,500 Iñupiat shareholders and their descendants.
