New Chronic Disease Self-Management Workshops to be held in Anchorage, Eagle River, Homer and Wasilla!

Living Well Alaska: Better Choices, Better Health is a series of workshops that help people with chronic illnesses learn ways to self manage their condition and take charge of their life.

Living Well Alaska: Better Choices, Better Health workshops are held throughout Alaska for people with all kinds of chronic conditions, such as arthritis, diabetes and heart disease.

  Anchorage

When: Mondays, 6:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m., April 15 through May 20, 2013

Where: Providence Health Park Rm#2281, Anchorage, AK
