'J'Accuse' said Émile Zola to his president in 1898

Today, we think of the President's effort to "zone the oceans" against traditional, human uses and kill even more jobs.

Today the House Natural Resources Committee conducted a hearing for Obama's Council on Environmental Quality that is executing that Ocean Policy to zone the oceans.

Amid the White House's end-run around Congress, we remember what that brave french writer, Émile Zola, said to his own president in 1898, "J'Accuse".
