Alaska Airlines Inaugurates Nonstop Service Between Seattle and Kansas City, Mo.
SEATTLE — Alaska Airlines inaugurates nonstop daily service between Seattle and Kansas City, Mo., on Monday, March 12.
"We're delighted to introduce our award-winning customer service and smiling Eskimo to this great mid-America destination," said Joe Sprague, Alaska Airlines' vice president of marketing. "With the addition of Kansas City, Alaska Airlines now serves 15 destinations east of the Rocky Mountains."

Members of Alaska Airlines' Mileage Plan can also earn double miles on the carrier's Seattle-Kansas City flights from March 12 through April 25, 2012. To qualify, customers must first register at www.alaskaair.com.
