AGC Names Pruitt Assistant Executive Director

Mary Ann Pruitt has joined the Associated General Contractors of Alaska (AGC) and will become Assistant Executive Director to replace the retiring Monty Montgomery.
Pruitt joins AGC following a career in marketing and media representation as well as head of her own sales and marketing business. Pruitt begins work at AGC in April.
AGC executive director John MacKinnon made the announcement in early March. He said “she has the work experience and skill sets that will be a real asset to the AGC and our membership.”
Pruitt comes to AGC from Morris Communications and the Anchorage Media Group where she was Senior Account Executive. She was responsible for business development and coordination of radio advertising for a variety of businesses. Prior to that she worked for both KTVA Channel 11 overseeing all marketing activities.
As owner of her own small business she provided sales, marketing and advertising services.
She is married to State Representative Lance Pruitt and mother of two young boys.
